Not a fixed rule: the password is the custom one you set when you request the statement on CAMS. CAMS says the statement is encrypted with that password and emailed only to the folio's registered email. The request form describes the password as alphanumeric and also requires a special character. Its rules: starts with a letter, 8 to 15 characters, at least one uppercase letter, at least one digit, and at least one of @ # $ * _. Blogs claim PAN in capitals or DDMMYYYY date of birth for auto-emailed statements; these are unconfirmed.
